To mark World Evidence-Based Health Care Day 2024, AEH EBP Team have planned a series of events aimed at promoting evidence-based practice in healthcare, raising awareness, and encouraging the community and healthcare professionals to engage in research-based, data-driven approaches.

Below is a detailed agenda of the planned activities:

  1. Evidence-Based Session at GN Fuvahmulah Hospital on 5th October 2024

  2. Evidence-Based Health Care Session for Community Stakeholders on 10th October 2024 11AM-12AM at AEH Conference Hall 

  3. Conducting Evidence-Based Health Screening in collaboration with AEH Club, at a near by Resort, on 12th October 2024.

  4. Evidence-Based Poster Presentation Fair on 20th October 2024, at AEH Conference Hall 

    Overall Goals of the Events

  • Promote Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in the healthcare community

  • Raise awareness of EBP’s impact on patient care and community health.

  • Encourage research and the dissemination of knowledge through collaboration and education.

  • Engage healthcare professionals and community stakeholders in practical applications of EBP.

The aim of organizing these events is to enhance healthcare practices across the region and support the global mission of promoting evidence-based healthcare.
