Admission to Outpatient Clinics

• Accidents & Emergency:

• Walk-in patients.

•  Urgent referrals from outside clinicians/clinics/Hospitals.

• General Practice Clinics: Walk-in patients.

• Specialist Clinics:

To access specialist outpatient clinics patients will require an appointment. However, walk-in non-urgent self-referral patients and patients referred by outside clinicians/clinics/Hospitals will be accommodated if there are vacant appointment slots. 

For urgent-care patients are advised to attend Accidents and Emergency which is available and can be accessed 24/7. If you are been referred by an outside Clinic/Hospital to AEH Accidents and Emergency (Urgent Care Services), please request the referring doctor to issue a referral note with the following information.

• Name

• Age

• National ID or Passport No.

• Brief History of Present Illness

• Reason for referring to Urgent Care Centre

•  Doctor Name and Contact No.

• Signature/ Stamp

Please attend to Accidents and Emergencies for urgent care only so that patients who really need urgent care can receive timely, appropriate urgent care. For semi-urgent or acute illnesses that require medical attention, you may choose to access General Practice Clinics.
