Services Provided

  1. Sharing Experiences: Call the above number or send an email and share your experiences and thoughts. The information will be shared with the relevant department heads by the coordinator.

  2. Complaints management: If there are any complaints regarding the services provided by the hospital, call the above number or send an email. The coordinator will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Services Provided

  1. Registration: A queue number is to be taken from the queue system for this service. When seeking our services for the first time, the patient has to be registered in the hospital system. For registration, the following information is required.

    1. ID card number (Maldivian) / Passport number (Foreigner)

    2. Full name (As in the ID card / Passport)

    3. Date of Birth

    4. Gender (Male / Female)

    5. Permanent address (Including atoll and island for Maldivians / country of permanent residence and place of work for Foreigners)

  2. Booking appointments:  A queue number has to be taken from the queue system for this service. Specialists’ duties can be confirmed and appointments can be scheduled once the information given below is provided.

    1. ID card number / Passport number

    2. Contact number (to send confirmation SMS)

    3. Doctors’ name and specialty

  3. Generate bills: A queue number has to be taken from the queue system for this service. Once the number is called upon, you can go to the main counter and request to make the bill for the required service.

  4. Issuing Memos: A queue number has to be taken from the queue system for this service. Memos for existing doctors’ appointments will be issued from the counter. Memos will be issued for specialists even without appointments till all the slots for that OPD are exhausted. To consult a medical officer, appointments are not required. The memo will be issued upon request by the medical officer.

    Queue numbers for morning session consultations will be issued starting from 08:00 am, and Queue numbers for afternoon session consultations will be issued starting from 12:30 pm.

  5. Providing Information: Required information can be obtained from all the counters in the main reception.

  6. Medical Check-up: This service will be provided from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm. MVR 390 will be charged for Maldivians while MVR 780 will be charged for Foreigners. The ID card or ID card’s copy along with 2 passport-size photos will be required for Maldivians. For foreigners, Passport or passport copy should be provided along with 2 passport-size photos. It will take a total of 2 days for the medical check-up to be completed. More information regarding the service will be given from the main reception.

Services Provided

  1. Registration: For registration, call the above numbers and provide the necessary information.

  2. Scheduling appointments: Call the above numbers and press 2, which will connect the call to a call center agent. Provide the necessary details to make the appointment. Appointments for the requested date will be issued based on the availability. If there’s any difficulty in contacting the numbers above, kindly message 7379951 via Viber.

  3. Providing information regarding doctors’ duties: Call the above numbers and press 2, which will connect the call to a call center agent. Provide the name of the doctor and their specialty to confirm their duties. Any other information regarding their duty schedule can be cleared up as well.

  4. Ambulance services: Call 102 or call the above numbers and press 1, which will connect the call to a call center agent. The questions asked by the receiver should be answered to the best of the caller’s ability. (These questions are asked to ensure that the measurements for the patient’s safety are in place). This service can be provided for patients who need urgent medical care or for patients with disabilities or ailments who are bedridden. (Example: Cases of accidents, bedridden patient to consult a doctor, to bring a bedridden patient for dialysis services, etc)

  5. Provide other information: Call the above numbers and press 4, which will connect the call to a call center agent. Any additional information required will be provided once asked.

Services Provided

  1. Registration: For registration, visit the counter and provide the necessary information.

  2. Issuing Memos: Once the patient is triaged, the memo for consultation will be issued from the counter.

  3. Providing information: Any required information will be provided by the staff at the counter when asked.

  4. Generate bills for services provided in the ward and ER: Bills for services provided will be generated once the patient/relative comes to the counter with requisition forms provided by the doctors/nurses.

  5. Processing admissions and discharges: Once a patient needs to be admitted, preparation of the admission folder and issuing entry passes will be handled by the counter. Similarly, the patient’s discharge bill will be issued by the ER counter.

  6. Travel PCR Sample Collection: This service will be provided every day from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm. A queue number has to be taken from the queue system for this service. Once the number is called, approach the ER counter and provide your ID card/passport along with your contact number. After registration, the information regarding sample collection will be provided from the counter. If the report is required, an amount of MVR 700 will be charged.
