Visitors' Policy

We believe that visits by family members and friends will help our patients feel better. We are equally concerned for our patients’ well-being as well as the visitors’ health. Hence, we have a visitors’ policy to ensure safety for everyone involved.

Visiting hours and instructions will be different for certain departments, depending on the type of patients they cater for. Our staff will brief you on the specific rules and visiting hours for that particular department.

All visitors must have the visitors’ pass when accessing inpatient areas. Children below 14 years of age will not be allowed to visit patients. These rules are subject to change during outbreaks, endemics, and pandemics.
